Let’s make better bac’n!! Yes, Vegan bac’n that you’ll savor. We’ll make some shitake mushroom bac’n and some eggplant bac’n (we’ll taste some ready-made tempeh bac/n, too!) We’ll also have vegan potato salad and some creamy winter white soup. Who’s hungry?? We’ll go through the steps for the bac’n, then compile our own mini BLT’s.
